service of Membrane Purification Systems, Reverse Osmosis Systems,
Desalination Systems and Mechanical Filtration Systems, at highly

Warranty
Water coolers and boiling hot water systems are guaranteed for 1 year for
parts and labour. The filtration systems (excluding cartridge and UV lamps
which are consumables) are guaranteed for 5 years, provided they are
serviced by us, as recommended.
This warranty will be invalidated by -
(1)Incorrect installation by others (2) Incorrect use of machine
(3) Unsuitable electrical and water supply (4) Major short-coming of
maintenance (5) Technical interventions or alterations of
unauthorized nature
Quality Assurance
Our licensed plumbers are fully trained in the correct installation of the
products we install.
Our filtration cartridges are certified to American NSF Standard 42.
The housings are certified to Australian MP5, Spec. 103.
The valves we use in our water filtration systems, i.e. pressure limiting anti
hammer, flow control and backflow prevention, all conform to
MP52 Spec. 416.
All work carried out and exceeding $750 is subject to a Certificate of
Compliance from the Plumbing Industry Board, which carries insurance to
protect you against defective work for a period of 6 years.
Insurance
We have in place a $10 million public and products liability insurance policy for your protection.
