since 1990. Managing Director, Mr Kevin Pendlebury is
a fully
qualified Master Plumber with many years’ experience
in a wide range of water treatment systems.
The company he and his wife Rosemary founded has grown
from that of a simple plumbing and filtration business
to a market-leading supplier of water treatment solutions
for domestic, commercial and industrial applications.

Warranty
Our water chillers are guaranteed for 1 year for parts
and labour and the compressor is guaranteed for 5 years.
The filtration systems are guaranteed for 5 years, provided
they are serviced as per recommended schedule.
Quality Assurance
All installation work in Victoria is carried out by one
of our licensed plumbers who have been fully trained
in
the
correct installation of these units and conforms to industry
standards.
Our filtration cartridges certified to American NSF
Standard 42.
The housings we use certified to Australian MP5, Spec.
103.
The valves we use in our water filtration systems,
i.e. pressure limiting anti hammer, flow control and
backflow prevention, all conform to MP52 Spec. 416.
All plumbing work carried out in Victoria exceeding
$500 is subject to a Certificate of Compliance from the
Plumbing
Industry
Board, which carries insurance to protect you against
defective work, for a period of 6 years.
Insurance
We have in place a $10 million public and products
liability insurance policy for your protection.
