Freight and Installation

Freight

For all products available from our online shop, freight and packaging is $12 to anywhere in Australia. Including GST.

For other products not available from our online shop, many of which are larger and heavier, freight varies from product to product and delivery area, we ask that you call us on 03 9885 0222 to obtain the correct price.

Installation

The Water People are members of the Master Plumbers and Mechanical Services Association of Australia. All our installation work is completed by licensed plumbers who meet the Standards set down by OH & S requirements in Australia.

The Water People use filters that are certified to meet NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) American Standards, which is the International Standard for quality filter systems. This is the benchmark by which the Australian Standard was set. Our filter systems have been certified to meet Australian Standards AS/NSZ 3497:1998.
