We had a reverse osmosis water filter installed a year ago. The change in taste of the water was immediate. We use the filtered water in the coffee machine and fridge as well, and never have to change the filters due to the high water quality now. The filter service is automated, and the Water People call to arrange the service and filter change. The communication is fantastic, and the technician arrived on time and was prepared. A very professional experience. I felt like I was looked after to make sure my water filter system would work as it should. I was shown how to remove the filters and install correctly as well as the correct way to flush the filters. Highly recommend this company for any water filter needs.
