These systems offer mains hot water supply direct from the unit (connected to your cold water line only), with the addition of filtered water combinations.
Filtered water — chilled, boiling, and sparkling water — comes from a unit, usually hidden away under your counter.
- A ready supply of boiling water is kept on hand, ready to deliver up to 250 cups and hour.
- Chilled water is delivered in a similar fashion, up to 200 cups and hour.
- CO2 is stored in canister and is mixed with chilled water to produce filtered sparkling water.
